Reservation and cancellation policies

Reservations: Reservations made through the website require full or partial payment, according to the conditions indicated during the booking process. Prices include IGV (Peru's general sales tax), in accordance with Peruvian regulations.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate type. Review the details when making your reservation. In case of cancellation, the indicated penalties will apply, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

No-shows: If you do not show up without cancelling in advance, 100% of the agreed rate will be charged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, including Law No. 29571 (Consumer Protection and Defense Code) and Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law). Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
